SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • New Zealand: 7-14 business days
  • Australia: 7-14 business days
  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
  • Europe: 12-25 business days
  • Asia: 7-18 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are included in the product price. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

International Orders - Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.

We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark items as gifts or alter declared values.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most international destinations. However, some remote areas or regions with shipping restrictions may not be serviceable. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@thetoplayers.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
